Warranty Information

Specialty Archery, L.L.C provides a one year limited warranty. All products are covered against breakage due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase as listed on the receipt. Abuse, misuse or alteration of product will void the warranty. The warranty provided hereunder shall run only to original purchaser of the product from an authorized Specialty Archery Distributor or Dealer. All warranty cards must be filled out and returned to Specialty Archery, L.L.C in order to validate warranty. This warranty is void if the original owner does not have the sales receipt. IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU KEEP YOUR SALES RECEIPT IN A SAFE PLACE, AS REPAIRS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT IT! In the event of breakage due to defective parts, Specialty Archery, LLC liability shall never exceed the original retail cost of the product.
Product not covered by warranty: Glass lenses and any parts where Loctite was used. Loctite will damage Lexan scope housings. Also excluded is any fiber optic material used in Specialty Archery glow-lenses and glow-rings.
Procedure concerning warranty and return claims: Please call Specialty Archery, L.L.C to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any product being returned must have an R.A. number prior to shipping. Each package must have this number clearly marked on the outside of the box and a brief description of the defect or problem inside with a name and telephone number of contact person. Please include return postage. NOTE: DO NOT USE A STANDARD LETTER ENVELOPE FOR RETURNS, AS THE ITEMS WILL BE SQUEEZED OUT OF THE ENVELOPE WHEN IT GOES THROUGH THE SORTING MACHINES AT THE POST OFFICE. Use a small padded envelope or box. If using a padded envelope, mark “NON-MACHINEABLE” on the outside of the package. Returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover replacement of parts and/or packaging.
